Privacy Policy — Dalbit

1. Who we are

Dalbit is developed and published by EduWithI Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Dalbit mobile application does with information. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the app.

2. Your photos

Dalbit uses your camera to analyse your skin. This matters, so we will be exact:

• Photos are captured and analysed on your device only. The analysis runs inside the app.
• Photos are never transmitted to us or to any third party. The app contains no code that uploads an image.
• Photos are not saved after analysis. Only the numeric results (for example a hydration score) are kept, and only on your device.
• Camera permission is used for this purpose alone. You may decline it; the app will simply not be able to run a scan.

3. What is stored on your device

The following is saved locally, in the app's own storage on your phone. We have no access to it.

Deleting the app, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, permanently removes all of it. There is no backup on our side, so this cannot be undone.

4. Network connections

Dalbit connects to the internet for these purposes only. None of them send your photos or your results.

• AI model files — downloaded once from Google (MediaPipe), jsDelivr/unpkg and Hugging Face so analysis can run offline afterwards. A download only; nothing is sent.
• Product catalogue — a file downloaded from GitHub Pages so the product list can be updated without an app update. A download only.
• Product search — if you search for a cosmetic product by name, the words you type are sent to Open Beauty Facts, an open database, to look it up. Nothing else is attached to that request.
• Outbound links — tapping a product opens its page on Olive Young Global, a brand site, or a search engine in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Advertising

Dalbit shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, including your advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system, and interactions with ads. This happens inside Google's advertising system; we do not receive your personal information from it, and we receive only aggregate reports such as how many ads were shown.

You can limit personalised advertising at any time in your phone's settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"). Ads will still appear, but will be less tailored.

6. What we do not do

• We do not require an account, an email address, or a phone number.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs of our own.
• We do not sell or rent any information.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children (see section 8).

7. Your rights

Because your information stays on your device, you control it directly. You may delete all of it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the GDPR, the CCPA, or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act; since we hold no personal data about you, requests to access or delete are satisfied by the deletion described above. You may still contact us with any question.

8. Children

Dalbit is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in the Republic of Korea) and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that concerns you, delete the app's data and contact us.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
